If conversations in noise are your main priority, we recommend exploring Sphere 90 first. It combines dedicated speech-from-noise processing with Phonak’s most complete EON Sphere feature set. Your hearing assessment confirms the right fit.

CROS EON R: when one ear is unaidable.
CROS may be suitable when one ear cannot benefit sufficiently from a conventional hearing aid—for example, profound hearing loss, complete deafness in that ear, or very poor speech understanding. It sends sound from that side to the better-hearing ear and pairs with Audéo EON R at levels 30, 50, 70, or 90. Your audiologist assesses whether CROS is right for you.

Why does Earsonic recommend EON Sphere 90?
E90 provides the most complete feature set in the EON Sphere range. We recommend exploring it when you want Phonak’s highest Sphere technology level, then confirm its suitability through your hearing assessment and consultation.
What if my budget is lower?
We can discuss other Phonak EON models and technology levels. We explain the practical differences and help you choose according to your hearing needs and budget.
What is the difference between EON R and Sphere?
Both offer rechargeable convenience and compatible connectivity. Sphere adds dedicated Spheric speech-from-noise processing. We help determine whether that additional approach is useful for your hearing.
Will it work with my phone?
Bring your phone to the consultation. We check compatibility for calls, audio streaming, and the myPhonak app, then explain the controls available with your setup.
What is included with my purchase?
Your Earsonic package includes a three-year warranty, two years of loss and damage coverage, adjustments, follow-ups, available software updates, domes and filters, and annual hearing tests at no extra service charge. Coverage terms are explained at purchase.
Can ADP reduce my hearing aid cost?
Eligible Ontario residents may receive ADP funding of up to $500 per hearing aid, or $1,000 for a pair. Approved funding is deducted from your eligible hearing aid purchase.
Can I pay over four months?
Yes. Our four-month payment plan is interest-free. We explain the schedule and applicable conditions before your purchase.
What are the return conditions?
The return period is 60 days from fitting. There is no return fee in the first 30 days; a $325 return fee applies after the first 30 days through day 60. Credit-card refunds incur a 4% processing fee. Custom earmoulds are non-refundable. Exchanges are exempt from the return fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days.
